These terms govern play at Chilliwack Casino. Please read them before registering: by creating an account you accept them.

Acceptance

Payments

All accounts run in Canadian dollars (CAD). Minimum deposit: C$10. Minimum withdrawal: C$20. Daily withdrawal cap: C$25,000.

Every new version of these terms goes up here with its update date. We flag major changes by email or when you log in. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the new version covers you.

Games

Every game comes with its own rules and paytable, which you should read before playing. Our RNG games use a random number generator to decide outcomes. Live games are hosted by real dealers and streamed in real time. The table result is final.

Malfunctions void every pay and play. When a game fails, we cancel the bets it affected and refund the stakes to your balance.

Prohibited conduct

  • Letting bots, scripts or any other software play for you.
  • Collusion with other players, including at live tables.

  • Fraud or money laundering of any kind.

If we spot any of the above, we may void the related bets, hold back winnings and close the account.
