General rules

Bonus funds sit in your bonus balance until wagering is done. Only then do they move to your cash balance. Your own deposited money is always played first. Our General Terms apply to all promotions too.

Expiry

Every bonus has a deadline. The welcome cashback must be wagered within 7 days. Casino bonuses run for 30 days and live casino bonuses for 7 days. When the time runs out, the bonus and anything won with it are removed.

Maximum conversion

Certain offers cap the amount you can convert to cash. Any such cap appears in the offer details. Bonus funds from the welcome cashback are limited to C$1,000.

One bonus at a time

You can run only one bonus. Finish or forfeit the current one before you take the next.

Bonus abuse

Offers are intended for genuine play. We void bonuses, along with any related winnings, if we detect:

use of several accounts to claim one offer;
low-risk betting patterns, for example backing both sides of a bet;
offers claimed through someone else's identity or payment method;
software errors used to clear wagering.

Stake cap during bonus play

While a bonus is being wagered, a maximum bet applies, as listed in the offer details. Bet above it and we may void the bonus plus any winnings from it.

Who can take part

Offers are for account holders aged 19+ in Canada, where permitted by local law. All accounts must pass our KYC and location checks. On a break or self-excluded? You cannot claim offers.

Wagering and game types

Wagering is the total you must bet before bonus funds turn into withdrawable cash. Example: a C$10 bonus at 15x means C$150 in bets.

Welcome cashback: 1x within 7 days.
Casino bonuses: 15x within 30 days, played on casino games.
Live casino bonuses: 40x within 7 days, played at live tables.
Free spin promotions: 2x to 4x, as stated with each offer.
